What I’m all about...
I’ve worked as an expert in the psychology field for the past 15 years. My extensive experience as an LPC Psychotherapist informs my Life Design Coaching services. I started corporate and public speaking in 2017, launched a podcast in 2020, and published my first book in 2022. I’m excitable, focused, driven, and a little silly (because life without humor is dumb). I love nothing more than guiding people as they discover their own capacity for big clarity, big greatness, and big joy.

Sara speaks and facilitates workshops throughout the country (virtually and in-person). As an alumni fine arts performer, D1 collegiate athlete, and dancer in the NBA and NFL, Sara is no stranger to being in front of a crowd. Her fascination with psychology, deep desire for meaningful interpersonal connection, and passion for helping others realize their own capacity for greatness and wellness are jet fuel for each of her talks. Sara has presented to Fortune 500 companies, AmLaw 100 law firms, technology companies, administrative leadership organizations, nonprofits, universities, and school districts. She works with groups on topics of teen and adult psychological wellness, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention + rehabilitation, communication, transition navigation, self identity, and the power of curiosity.
